Team membership includes playing as a team, respecting each other, listening, cooperating at practice, asking questions, doing your best, and encouraging fellow teammates.
Players will develop individual ball skills, learn roles and responsibilities of all positions, tactics and strategies of offense and defense, and the key philosophy - having fun learning soccer. Foxx Soccer plays in a competitive league, we will try to win our games. But player development is more important than winning. All players will get playing time in several different positions.
Family involvement is encouraged. As a parent, Foxx Soccer asks that you support your players! Arrive promptly to practice and games, and provide good nutrition, particularly on game day.
One Team Parent (Manager) will develop with coaches practice schedules, game schedules, tournament info, field directions, car pools, and communicate with parents. The Team Parent will also coordinate events like team activities and provide tournament logistics. They bring player identification, a first-aid kit, extra water, flags, etc., to the games. |
